Join us for our monthly partnership event with Team RWB, Yoga with Brandi, and The Big Squeezy! We will meet at the levee at 8:00 a.m. by the USS KIDD for a quick 5-minute dynamic yoga stretch followed by your choice of a 2-mile run, 1-mile walk, or ruck (walk with weight). At 8:30 a.m., we will move inside of the museum for a 45-minute basic yoga class focusing on breathing, stretching, and stability. Then we will stride over to The Big Squeezy at North Blvd Square to enjoy fresh juices and smoothies together for some connecting and socializing. Join us for the entire event or even just one part!
