Red Dragon Productions Presents: Kinky Friedman Humor in Music with Special Guest the Three Amigos at the Manship Theatre

Kinky Friedman is a true renaissance man. He is a singer, songwriter, political commentator, best-selling novelist, humorist, politician and multi-biz entrepreneur. Kinky Burst on the music scene in 1971 with his band The Texas Jewboys. With a total lack of political correctness, his songs included "ride em Jewboy" and "Get Your Biscuits in the Oven and Your Buns in the Bed". Friedman ha appeared on Saturday Night Live, Austin City Limits, at the Grand Ole Opry and on Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue. A tribute album called "Why the Hell Not" features Kinky's songs performed by artists & friends including Dwight Yoakum, Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Kelly Willis and Todd Snider. Kinky has written numerous best selling novels, run for office on multiple occasions and appeared on national TV as a political humorist.
