WHAT TO EXPECT:
Bruce S. Wilkinson, CSP, will present "Building a Better Business: It's the Peoplework-Not the Paperwork," at this month's Member Event, a Lunch & Learn.
Increasing overhead, competition, customer/client expectations, shrinking margins, employment/regulatory issues and diverse, multi-generational communication concerns can take a toll on today's sometimes overworked business leaders and their team, resulting in loss profits, potential litigation, government fines, low morale, poor service and a stressful place to work. The key is to create a comfortable, cooperative, positive attitude culture and climate, resulting in an atmosphere of co-worker leadership, respect, engagement, world class service and personal responsibility. This will be a fun, highly engaging, content driven presentation on how to creatively build a better business by focusing on the peoplework in order to maintain a growing organization where people want to work and customers/clients want to buy and be served.
Members ONLY. RSVP Required. Would you like an invitation to the event?
In 1996, the first Roly Poly Sandwich Shop opened for business in the Buckhead section of Atlanta. Company founders Linda Wolf and Julie Reid had been rolling sandwiches in their shops in New Canaan, Conn. (‘86) and in Key West, Fla. (‘96) before settling on Atlanta to officially begin building their franchise system. Today, there are more than 125 Roly Poly Sandwich Shops throughout 24 states, including our newest Member, which opened Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 327 North Blvd.
