Situated on the bank of the Mississippi River, Downtown Baton Rouge offers a vibrant mix of commerce, dining, the arts and entertainment, as well as residential living. Just like the many types of delicious Louisiana cuisine, visitors have limitless activities to sample as they experience Downtown Baton Rouge and its rich history and diverse culture.

The Downtown Business Association (DBA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and success of our Capitol City through a number of initiatives.

As the producer of Live After Five, the Downtown Business Association provides a variety of free live entertainment to more than 5,000 fans weekly, 16 times per year. A close partner with the Downtown Development District and Visit Baton Rouge, the DBA supports local businesses and events to brand: Destination Downtown.

What is a healthy work environment? What does it look like? How can it be achieved? How will my company benefit? Join us for a discussion with Quanda Charles, Regional Manager for The Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free living and new Downtown Business Association member. Ms. Charles will be discussing the economic impact of having a healthy work environment and creating healthy work environments for your employees. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn how their company can become a WellSpot as well as available smoking cessation and other health resources. This event is for Members of the Downtown Business Association and those interested in joining. Lunch is included, but a RSVP is required.
